Mutton Quorma

Known for its delicate flavor, mutton is slow cooked in its own fat with yogurt and the whole and spice powders. This blend recreates the mughlai dish served in the gullies of Old Delhi. A fair amount of flavoring spices in this blend creates the desired aroma with the authentic taste.
